Installing shower oom and toilet in alleyway

Hi,

I was wondering would it be possible to install, Shower room and toilet in a narrow alleyway? The alleyway is about 2.5 feet wide (currently in process of buying the house, in its latter stage). Length and height is no issue.

The alleyway has got everything it needs for shower and toiler. i.e. sewage pipe, boiler nearby and pipings, roof over the alleyway and solid wall at both sides.

Any thoughts?

Is the external wall, roof and floor insulated to current regs.

It's a change of use so building control should be involved I believe.
