Hi,
I have an existing garden office thats raised from the ground. It's reasonably well insulated in the walls but the floor gets very cold.

The rafters underneath are accessible, and I was wondering how I could insulate from below. Would I have issues if I cut some insulated panes and pushed them between the rafters? Is that likely to make a difference?
Cheers
Paul

That's a fairly standard thing to do with ventilated ground floors and works well. The main thing is to make sure they are pushed hard up against the floor surface so that could draughts can't blow around to the warm side.
You might have to think about how to stop mice or other animals chewing it up too.
