Specifically, insulating joints. 15mm cold and hot pipes clipped to a board fixed to the rafters in a roof space above 80mm of Celotex. Which is working very well cos it is very cold up there.
I lagged the pipes when I put them in (out of habit) but couldn't find any neat way of lagging the joints and this has come back to bite me (shower pipe frozen at a T junction AGAIN)!
Anyone got a neat way of doing them- tried various bodges with 22mm cheapo tube insulation but they didn't work and Google hasn't been helpful.
And yes if I do any more plastic I'll not T off or put elbows on, just use a manifold somewhere warm and accessible.

When it comes to fittings, step up a size, use a craft knife to fabricate Tees and Bends and tape joints.
Tried that- ended up with massive gaps. Tempting to wrap a loose one in a plastic bag, cover it with exp foam then split it, tidy it up and fit it :)
