Insulation advice

Does anyone know how to fit insulation boards in between these joists?

Thanks for letting me know, i've just tested these on my phone just now. It seems to take about 6 or 7 seconds (maybe longer depending on the phone) but it both pictures do load for me.

If your able to try again, let me know if it works
