Intercom not buzzing?

Hi all, wondered if anyone knows what’s going on with my intercom.
You can speak and open the door but it won’t ring or make a noise when the the buzzer is pressed downstairs.

I’ve changed it like for like, wired identically and it’s still the same.

Any ideas would be massively appreciated

Downstairs button faulty ? What handset is it ? Sprint ?

Yeah it’s a Bticino Sprint 334202

The downstairs button does buzz but not in the apartment.
Spoke to a neighbour and theirs works.

Does the wiring look ok? It was like that when I moved in, never worked.

Is that the original handset ? Is the neighbours the same handset ? Number 5 is the buzzer call wire and the receiver has to be down for it to ring , there is a ring volume slider at the bottom , I’ve known the receiver switch at the bottom ( blue and white ) to play up, try holding it down with your finger and make sure the audio cuts off to the handset

That was the original handset, the replacement does exactly the same.

Haven’t actually seen the neighbours, they just told me theirs was working.

Could it be something with the main intercom unit wiring to my specific apartment?

Still exactly the same, do the wires look in the right place?

Wondering if someone’s switched them round to stop it buzzing.

If you have full speech in both directions and the door release works then I would probably say not ….you would have to trace the call wire back , see if it’s the same colour wire in the panel , post picture of outside panel ,
