Hi,
With the recent dry weather I thought it's about time I had a look at the leaks on the lean-to window that covers an old vault.
I've stripped the old silicone from the affected areas, but pulled a chunk of original silicone out from inside.
Flashing above is all sealed by a roofer with lead sealant, I think there's a few gaps in the flashing that need a bit of attention for sure.
The leak is in the areas where the silicone has been removed.
Now I'm thinking it might be best to take it all off and the gutter box casing for a look.
Does the plastic cover just unclip / pull off to expose the gutter? I've given it a bit of a tug and I fear I may break the plastic.
