Invoice for adverts here.

We have been paying for an advert here for a few months but in spite of asking many times via email we have never been sent an invoice, the phone number is always unanswered too, the 'admin' backend only allows for changing the advert and shows no payment details, you state in the FAQ that VAT is included in the cost of advertising so please could we get the missing VAT invoices?
