Is it normal to see the membrane under the roof tile?

We have just replace roofline for gutter, fascia and soffit, but after it, we can see the membrane under the tile, is it normal?

Your first pic shows a shambles of incorrectly laid and missing plain tiles.
The hip tiles and mortar are also rubbish.
It all looks amateurish and needs a roofer to go up and sort it out.

The second pic probably also needs attention from a roofer.
