And do I need special cleaning solutions for either type, or is that just richboi tax?
Thanks to those that helped with previous skirting issues btw :)

Do I need to take better pictures to tell for sure?
Thanks.

It does not look like laminate but it's not parquet ether, however it looks like engineered wood so use a cleaner for that.

Image #3 looks like laminate. You can see the ends of the boards.

Image #1 (IMO) is not laminate. It looks like a glued down floor, as @^woody^ says, it looks like an engineered floor.

Image #2 again looks like it has been glued down.

Image #4 looks like an Amtico type vinyl floor

Thanks guys, is there anhy easy way I can tell for sure? Ill take closer photos with better lighting anyway. I think the cleaning care is the same for them anyway.

Image 3 is definitely laminate. About 70% of the way, from left to right, you can seen a line which spans 3 "staves"

Image 4- I may be wrong. Hard to tell from the image. Look at the whole floor. Can you see the pattern repeated at any point. If yes it is strips of vinyl that are glued down. That said, regardless of the floor type, why did they not offset the "staves"?
