Is this structural?

Hi, can anyone tell me if the wall in the photos looks structural? I think its just a frame that they put up for plasterboard as all the pillars in the property are concrete, and this is a small WC that i'd like to remove, i'm guessing given the way the timbers are just crudely joined at the top, that couldn't be load bearing could it?

another flat with the beams running the direction of that wall, if you can see the back left of the zoomed out photo thats a concrete pillar
