IZY blade nut sized
Please see picture of sized blade nut have sprayed with WD 40 left to soak, used a 14mm socket and the edgers burred off nut.

Whats the next plan for me to remove this ??

Was thinking off gas gun to heat would this help ??

The other 2 nuts released no problem.

Impact driver?
Whenever I encounter a seized nut like that I try tightening it a wee bit to loosen the grip a bit.

You'll probably need a torch to get it to a temperature to free it. But it usually works.
 
Try to hammer an old 13mm socket over it to square it back up and use a socket bar rather than a socket wrench. The bar will give you a bit more leverage. By all means, if you can safely get a gas gun in there, then get it as hot as possible before fitting the socket.
 
If you undo the bolt in the centre, the boss complete with blade comes off.
This lets you get it into a vice. If one blade bolt is out you should be able to turn the blade slightly to release its grip, and of course heat is great too.

Great That centre bolt is already loosen as is the other blade bolt.
So will give this suggestion a try , Burnerman to the recuse again Thanks John.
 
The boss may be tight, and there’s a woodruff key there too but it’s a good move to grease it well on assembly.
You’ll have to slip the belt off if it’s a SD (self driven) model.
If you want the proper Honda bolts, the part number is 90105-VH3-K11.

Yep it's stuck fast, no way of removing yet and , it has belt drive.

Ideas for removing this ?? As I don't have a puller.

Plenty of WD down the centre hole, plenty of heaving on the blade and gentle tapping from side to side should get it moving but they sure can be tight!
Try tapping a smaller socket on the bolt head is a good move, and has been suggested earlier, with plenty of heat.

Perhaps it's time to invest in a jaw puller, suggestions not to expensive
 
A two leg puller would be a good investment, and I think you could then grip that bolt head in a metalworking vice.

After a time the edges of the bolt heads tend to wear which reduces size slightly so not only do I use a hex I also grind the socket flat so it give more contact area to grip.
If you look inside a socket or spanner you should see an internal lead to see what I mean...

These flanged bolts do grip like hell.....sometimes the underside of the flange has serrations to help it grip even more.
I use a full hexagon impact socket and a battery impact wrench which shocks the things off big time.
