Out of 10 points, what mark would you give me?

It's 2 out of 3 phases (L1, L2) and one Protective Earth/Neutral (PEN) shared.

More pics to follow..

Don't worry, those two cores are aluminium, they will probably have welded themselves to terminals

No comments on the colour coding? It's done to BS101 (Bull Sh** 101)

Hehe, It's not my work at all. It's what I discovered in the kitchen of the house I am working on here in Slovakia, 50 year old wiring with amateur addition about 5 years ago, it makes zero sense at all, there is no logical structure to the routing of the wires throughout the house and room.

Not to mention the colours, it seemed like they operated on the basis of "If it conducts, it will do."

I think there will be a few more things like this.

Here's a few more pictures of stuff that has already been uncovered.

1st junction in the whole house spur..

Trying to figure out what the hell is what, here I've pulled 3 cables back through the wall from the room I was working on on the other side.
Two brown, one black... Guess which one was the neutral? Not the black one :)

Same place, all the old wiring ripped out, and the 3 phase (top box) diverted to the loft as a temporary measure (The water supply to the house uses it)
