I am in the process of dealing with Currys now. After only 2 calls I received the correct info and put a complaint in. The reply was that I would have to get a written report showing that it was a manufacturing fault and the process used to confirm this. They would, if they accepted the report, fix the fault and pay for the diagnoses. As most other stories that I have read, it appears to happen just on the 2 year mark, mine 2yrs 1 month. Like so many other members I have no faith in Currys because they must know by now they have a problem, this fault is appearing on so many different search engines. Tried 1 or 2 repairers, won't do a written report for fear of upsetting Currys. Talk of being taken to court and facing big bills!
