Kitchen paint cracking

Hi all..... I have just painted my kitchen with a good kitchen and bathroom paint. A week ago and all the paint has crack. I did all the use prep before painting rub down to a smooth surface and treated with a fungal coat first and left for two day before applying the paint. Any ideas why this happen?

How old is the house?

Why did you need a fungal treatment?
