Kitchen tv aerial

Hi, can anybody tell me if I can connect a tv in the kitchen using a splitter from my existing aerial connections.

Think this is in the wrong section should be in Audio Visual.

however splitting signals and running aerial points to each room in the house isn't uncommon.

The more splits you do the worse the signal can become.
