J JaimieH Joined 25 Oct 2017 Messages 213 Reaction score 48 Country 20 Nov 2020 #2 Usually 6" from top of door ( to top of hinge) and 9" from bottom of door ( to bottom of hinge). If 3rd hinge is required just centre between them.
