Hi,
Our laminate worktop right next to the hob got damaged/cracked.
We used one of them worktop repair companies that did an ok job I suppose, but the repair after 6 months seems to be rubbing away and I wouldn't be surprised to see the cracks appear again sometime soon.
My concern is that water will seep into the wood underneath the laminate when cooking and eventually cause further damage.
So are there any ideas or suggestions that I could put around the hob edge and worktop to protect the damage in future?
Thanks for any advice.
