Latest Beetles record

It's not a bad tune, but i hope they stop there with using AI to resurrect these demo's.

Another discovery is as interesting: giving the name to 'Stick man', from the cover of Led Zep IV.

A bit hyped but I recognised it immediately from the intro when it was played again this week on rad 2. Lennon’s songs are quite distinct but the beatles music was mccartney.

I think he'd be the first to admit it wasn't - you can spot a Ringo Starr tune as soon as it gets going; likewise, a George Harrison song. They all brought something to the table.

My favourite beatles song is something...They all brought something to the table of course, but mccartney was the table.

Are you saying Lennon was a chair?
I'll be here all day trying to choose a favourite Beatles tune - off the top of my head...'Come Together'.

Impossible to reduce McCartney’s body of work to a simple favourite. It is his influence on other great songwriters that is as important as his fans and general critical recognition. I saw him 10 years ago in Manchester. He played all the hits for 2 hours straight, had 10 minutes break and did the whole of abbey road for the encore. And it was song after song no gaps for 10 minute chats to give his voice a break. Phenomenal energy at 70 but he has clearly slowed down more recently.
