What's the best way to set this flooring out?
I'm about to lay some Polyflor LVT 9x3 parquet. I'm having a border. When setting out, would it be best to run the flooring parallel to longest wall? It runs down hallway, into kitchen, then turns 90 degrees into kitchen. I'm thinking parallel to the longest wall in hallway..... can't really use the 'centre of the room' rule cos it's a hallway into a kitchen....
The above image is from the front door down the hallway into kitchen at the end (ignore double doors at end - that's conservatory)
The above is the view from the conservatory doors back up the hallway to the front door. (Kitchen on left)
This is the kitchen.... area.
Hope this makes sense to someone
