Hey everyone I’m looking for any advice as to what this water stain could be, it is uniform and all the way around our new patio doors top and sides. This has taken approx 6 months to appear. And is very slowly growing. It does not feel wet to the touch.
These aluminum doors replaced the original old wooden doors, in our timber framed house.
We have the fitter coming back in a couple weeks to look at this issue, but I am looking to inform myself better as to what this could be before his visit.
I’d really appreciate any help as can’t seem to find anything which matches online, as this is just so uniform all the way around.

Worth adding you can just see in outside photo the upstairs window we had done at the same time, by the same company, which has been great and does not seem to have this issue.
