Leaking tap

The hot one has been leaking for a while.
Can someone please help me figure out how to change the washer on this one? I can't figure put how to gain access.

If it is just a quarter turn on/off then it will probably need a new cartridge rather than a washer. The top may have a small screw of some sort at the back above the joint to release the cap and spindle.

Water off first.

There's a screw under the small cap in the centre of the handle. Once that's undone the handle should lift off. Around the mid point of tap is a collar that should unscrew, will probably be tight so a cloth around it and some pump pliers should help. You'll then have access to the valve which will need unscrewing
