Hi,
So, I am wanting to build a very simple dropped ceiling/hidden coving light strips in my office. It is only a small room and I am only lighting up 3 sides due to existing features etc.
I am wanting to use some simple LED lighting strips for ease.
I want these to work from the main light switch in the room (the original fitting will be removed)
Any advice regarding transformers/drivers I may need, brightness required as this will be the main light, or wiring up of the driver?
Is it possible, for example, to buy a package of lights and driver with a plug and simply remove the plug, wiring directly into the existing circuit?
Total beginner with electronics - go easy!
Thanks!
