Leopard spots on wall after fooling in 2015 gas turned of for 2 years caused by leak and there maybe exposed asbestos from popcorn ceiling

the photos show water damage from leaking something - is it happening now or is it historic?
they also show condensation.

are any of the walls stud framing partitions or masonry thats been Dot & Dabbed?

Dot and dab plaster wall I reckon - humid air condensated onto colder spots on wall.

Ceiling is probably leak.

Artex may contain asbestos, perfectly safe if left in place.
