I have four bulbs outside the house on each side, wiring is designed so that they are belonging to different circuits,
Problem I want solve: How to wire so that I have "one switch" witch can light all these 4 bulbs at once? Keep in mind that they are four other switches one for each bulb to control them individually.
Can anyone help me with this wiring?

IHNI what the Sri Lankan wiring regulations say about it, but in the UK you would not be allowed to have them all joined together at one switch if they're on separate circuits. It's for sound safety reasons, so the danger in doing it would be the same anywhere in the world.

You need to find an electrician to either rewire the lights so that they are all on one circuit, or to install 4 contactors, or a 4-pole contactor, so that the lights can be switched from one place but stay on separate circuits.
