Hi guys,

I'd really appreciate an answer to this please:

I've just had the front of my house repointed using a lime mortar. There is a white residue on most if not all bricks and the front of the house looks horrible.

The builder said it's just white residue which will get washed away in a couple of months or so.

Is this true or do you think it was just a job done not so great.

It's been done like that all over the front of the house. I'm just so angry about this.
