LNB For Humax Foxsat HDR

Hi group, does anyone know if the LNB pictured below (EL021) is compatible with a Humax Foxsat HDR Freesat box, the box won't accept the postcodes we enter and both tuners have no signal, although there are some channels showing. TIA, Otto in a warm West Cumbria.

PS: The second cable was taken out as I was testing the signal strength, none showing.

That is a non standard LNB used for Sky Q. You need to change to a standard universal LNB.
