Load bearing

So, I have a bathroom/toilet that I want to make into an en-suite and smaller bathroom by knocking the dividing wall down and putting up a partition. Only trouble is I'm not certain how much load the wall is taking from the purlin and valley. It's not directly loaded onto the wall and other purlin supports in the roof aren't sat on a wall and wall plate. The black square drawn on the ceiling is where the support sits. Thanks

The coach bolts suggest that the timbers are not there for aesthetics. I strenuously advise losing a couple hundred quid and involve a structural engineer. A couple of hundred quid is cheaper than a collapsed roof.
 
No idea, I use the Bosch digital spirit level and the top face the purlin is at the angle of the roof pitch.

You misunderstand what I was trying to ask, if looking on your square if you marked on the bottom of the struts which way would they be orientated i.e. parallel to the door light or perpendicular to it.
