Loft condensation above the bathroom

You can buy readimade smoke hoods

Or fabricate a box from plaster board (which is fireproof)

Small gaps you can clean and seal with pink fire foam or intumescent caulk

If you have steamy showers I recommend a flow of about 240 cu.m/hr

Otherwise 180 is adequate

Cheap builders fans are usually around 80 which is not enough

Here are some high-quality ones, very quiet should fit in your enclosure . I recommend the type with timer

Thanks. Would the inline fan itself have to go into the run to external wall itself? All the youtube videos about them suggest it needs to be installed in the loft?

Can you put vent in either end of the loft to get through draft?
Also vents in soffit.
Plenty of loft insulation and pipe lagging.
Inline centrifugal fan although mine is in ceiling and I put in 110mm soil pipe to run 4m to wall plate timber. Toilet pan connector fits a treat to the ceiling fan to soil pipe.
Had to adapt soil pipe to thinner wide pipe to get over wall plate

They are most often fitted above the ceiling in the loft, as they are quite big

But I think it would fit in your existing boxing.

Whichever you prefer.

The brand I linked is particularly high quality and quiet (I have no trade or other axe to grind) but other brands are available.

The one you show is very noisy at full power.
