How do I get to, for example, page 91 on General Discussion without going through 87 'Nexts'?

ps Should this posting have been made on Forum Info?

Its very clever, but involves you interpreting the gobbledygook in your address line. Page 3 of GD is addressed

Where start=100 means the first post on page 3 is the 100th post back on GD. Simply type any number in place of 100. There are 50 on a page by default. For page 91 it would be start=4550, since this is 91 x 50. I think I've worked it out right.

Next, next, next, next 31, 32, 33, 34,,etc.etc,etc. Cheers Steve. Wouldn't it be easier if I could just type in page number?

Some forums have a drop down box with an edit field you can either drop down or type the page you want.
