Major Incident In Southport

plenty of knife wielding stereotypes reinforced in this incident - and then a very predictable, poor soul has mental issues - well b0llocks with him - bring back hanging
Adequate mental health treatment would probably be cheaper and certainly more civilised.

Well if some bloke walks in to a child dance class
And stabs a load of children I would suggest that he is a fruit cake with mental
Issues ? Hardly normal is he ? More the reason to get rid of him imo

Plus it would save the country a few squid ;)

Whilst we are at we could have a bit of a clear out in places like Broadmoor some of them fruit cakes would be stood up against the nearest wall
It's sad world when people use social media to argue for the extermination of mentally ill people, asylum seekers, petty criminals, Iranians, foreigners, and any other person that transam dislikes.
That happened before in recent European history. Let me try and remember when and where.

First they came for the communists........

Why do you guess that?
It's a phrase often used to introduce a genuine instance.

Ellal then provides a link to the actual story.
It was reported on the BBC web site but it’s not the urban myth you were sucked into, was it?
linky linky for mottie

I'm just surprised you didn’t do the norm when repeating that myth - normally start the story off with "Our friend, a paediatrician………..”
It's not a myth, and it might be your style to introduce a story as "Our friend", but not everyone likes your style.

Do you mean very predictable in the sense that only someone with a genuine and serious mental problem could possibly do something like this? Or are you suggesting that it is being invented as an excuse after the fact and you believe that was very predictable?

It doesn’t matter. The bar to defend a charge of murder is quite high. In essence you are trying to prove there was no guilty mind.

Not merely disturbed, but unable to control it.

Paranoid schizophrenia for example

It was a pun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes.

With an underlying motive. Trying to distract from what the riots were about.

And it seems to have succeeded with some.

These riots are not and were not about looting

Sir kier is using the riots as an excuse to escalate control. Facial recognition, cctv. Clamping down on these protests.

I know. But I really think it was just a bit of fun.

Nobody else took it seriously.

That wasn't why I was asking. But now we are discussing defences, what about diminished responsibility?
