max garage size before i need planning permission ????

hi there,

i am toying with the idea of removing a setional garage in my back garden and building a brick garage ( 4.2meters wide by 10meters long)

the roof will be under 4meters high.

do i need planning permission ?????

wheres your boundary ?
im half way through a large extension and that sits right on my boundary line.
that even involved taking my neighbour to court to have their extension roof altered to get mine in which over hung my boundary.
