Max no. of wire in conduit

I m using a 25mm PVC conduit in a room and i hv to carry 03nos. of 1.5sq.mm wire, 05nos. of 2.5 sq. mm wire and 02nos. of 4sq.mm wire thru it. can i do this comfortably. Is it accordding to rules. I m frm India. Pls help me. Thanx. if u cud pls give me more details about wiring in conduit it wud be really help me. thax
