Hi, I'm considering making an offer on a property and I've noticed miss matched pebble dash on the side and rear of the property. There are two large rectangular patches on the side of the house and what looks to be a repair of a section of pebble dash between a 1st floor and ground floor window. Pictures included. The owner said they don't know why they were patched and that they were there when they purchased the property over 12 years ago.
Can anyone tell me if this represents an issue with the property and what would be involved to blend these patches better than they are currently?
