C`mon guys, it`s not that difficult to figure out. If you know how the building trade works you`ll know that consecutive trades historically go hell for leather to spoil the previous trades work. It`s what makes the construction trade tick. It helps to maintain a certain `love hate` relationship between us all. Also it provides day work for patchers etc.
So, plumbers, electricians.second fixers........`bring it on!!!!...... we can take it !!!!
