Motor connections - Beko WM motor

Seen various uses of the old/redundant electric motors from WM’s

Anyone know of how to wire it to run.
I know the 2 small red wires are for the speed control when used in the WM.

Already searched YT etc of how to connect to that configuration of multi-plug.
Seen many motors of that type but with other variations of multi-plugs with fewer cables and hot wire link/loops used.
