I recently had my axial bathroom extractor fan replaced by an electrician but the flexi hose ducting wasn't replaced at the time (it's 6 years old).
I've noticed it has black mould inside the ducting and just wondering if I should replace it myself? Other than the mould it's in good condition and is probably about 1.5 metres long in total.
I'm guessing all flexi ducting is susceptible to mould inside it and would rather not have to replace it if it's not going to be an issue. Could I just leave it until my new fan eventually needs replaced?
