Just reading about the new phones BT sent me as part of my FTTP package.
At the moment, I have 3 BT Freestyle 750 DECT phones linked to a fourth on a base station. The base station is plugged directly into the phone socket on the Smart Hub 2.
The Essential phones BT sent have a Multi-Call facility where you can take or make a call on another handset if one conversation is already taking place
To take advantage of this feature, I am just wondering if I need to dispose of the Freestyle kit and replace it with BT Essential phones across the board, or will Multi-Call work between the two Essential phones BT have sent?
Can't find the answers in the paperwork provided with the phones.
