Multi-vent system manufacturers

Dear forum members!

Would you be so kind and help me understand the actual difference between the following multi-vent offerings on the UK market? They are of identical dimensions and almost identical design. But the prices are very different (£30, £120 and £220)! What's the catch?

Isn't it strange that they look like the same product?

They all seem to be owned by the same company, Volution. Probably the same casings/fans.
