My plasterer has ruined my new quarry floor tiles and the grout with SBR and waterproof render.

Before plastering and rendering he covered the quarry floor in old 'protective' sheeting.

However the SBR and waterproof render he used has soaked through the sheeting and dried underneath and onto my quarry floor tiles and all the grout joints in between.

I've tried scrubbing but I cannot get it off.

I told the plasterer and he flippantly told me to use flash.

Can anyone advise on what I should do!!

I would ideally like him to remove the SBR himself....

Just wondering if there's anything that I can buy that will take the SBR off the tiles and grout without ruining them.

You could try this

On a small patch first.

Maybe peeltec will remove? Never tried it on SBR.
Could be an insurance job. Your house insurance will claim against the trades public liability.
Not entirely sure how it works tbh. I think that's correct.

Yes I read somewhere about Evo stick cleaner. Worth a try I guess.

I just tried scrubbing it off with a stiff brush and white spirits and it's coming off.....I'm now wondering if my builder is actually using SBR and not PVA....
