need advice on joining worktops with jig & router!

currently on with my kitchen nightmare, have got a worktop jig and router, but never used either before, if anybody has plans, instructions, drawings or a website to goto, it would be much appreciated. if your a dont giv anything for nuthin person then anything you need to no about pc's or audio visual just ask.

Practice makes perfect, get a few offcuts to play with first before you try it for real
