Need help identifying left over parts from assembling a new table saw

I bought a brand new 254mm 10 in table saw but the instruction manual wasn't very helpful...I ended up with 2 rods with a threaded hole and unsure where those get placed...can anyone tell me what they are for?? I've included a photo of the rods

It's a Hoteche 254mm 1500 watt 10 inch table saw...and I have the manual...it's just a useless and vague manual that didn't have anything about that piece...I also had a hard time putting the riving knife but I think I got that installed correctly now... I just have those 2 extra pieces that weren't covered in the instructions. I was hoping someone would recognize those pieces and be able to tell where they go

They look like a small version of the old king pins that I used to fit to commercials. That flat in the middle was for a cotter pin to go through to lock them in place. Do you have any other parts or are there holes they can slide into?

Look for holes/tubes with that diameter, and see if there's an allen screw to hold them in place. They look like hinges of some sort, maybe for guards, or wheels?

Extension arms for the table bed??

They seem to fit perfectly in the 3rd (smaller) table extension ...maybe for stability ...im not sure but that's exactly what I did and place them there until I find another place for them. I was wondering if they were an outfeed assembly ...but the holes in the extension plates are too small ...so for now they will live under that piece. I appreciate everyone's input ...I can't find nothing like it on other table saws besides the outfeed assembly rods...but none have looks exactly like those

@big-all i thought so...but I don't see where they would slide into...but they are the exact size to fit under the small extention plate ...but not in a fashion that I can extend it even further...maybe just for extra sopport for the plate..im not sure

That’s where they fit, the flat section is for spanner to prevent spinning when assembling.
