How can I create a divide on this shared balcony between me and the neighbour?

I have tried to mark out (in green) where I would like the divider to be

We have removable paving slabs on the floor

I was hoping to have some sort of structure then using fake ivy for privacy

Do you have just 1 neighbour.

Do you own or rent?

Is it part of a fire escape, or access to anywhere?

Are you the last flat on that balcony with a brick wall at the other end?

There are Two neighbours. So three flats share the balcony

I am on one end (left hand side). My neighbour who i wish to create the divide with is in the middle (up to the sky dishes in pic 1)

The far side neighbour is after the sky dishes. The far side neighbour has created a makeshift divide by placing an old fridge between himself and the neighbour in the middle.

The flat is owned

It's not part of the fire escape.

No, I am the flat nearside, closest in the pic.

In the pic, there are 6 window planes.

Our area goes up to the area where the window plane has been obscured

I have marked my window with '1' and the neighbour with '2'

I have also put an arrow and red marking at the mullion to show where i wish to have the separation.

Seems quite obvious what the purpose of those questions were. It's quite common for those kinds of things to be ignored by posters.

Anyway, some plants in containers would be pretty simple, you could easily build a simple frame out of timber and hang some fake Ivy or whatever as a divider, are you any good at DIY or are you hoping to buy something online or somewhere in between or what? The answers you get on here are only as good as the effort you put into asking your questions.
