Neff Dishwasher not heating the water - How do I get to the pcb>

Does that mean I can get to it by removing the inner skin of the door? (After disconnecting the electric plug of course)

Wooden panel off first, which should be held by four screws, the one nearest the on off button and same other side. Then the two screws two up from the bottom of the door. Asuuming it's been done correctly.

And the two corner screws released the whole electric unit (at top of door in my pics.below).

Next issue is how to get the plastic unit encasing the pcb off - so that I can get to the pcb.

To remove the PCB there are two metal lugs on the other side of the box, they need to be bent away, then two clips on the box itself.

On the outside, are these the Lugs A (or B)?

On the inside, which are the lugs? 1, or 2
and is it the whole black module £ that needs removal, or just part 4?

You may want to look at the second page of this post I made a while back.

It is me doing a heater relay repair (the same issue) on my Bosch dishwasher. Siemens/Bosch/Neff are usually the same machine. So it will be the same fault.

Basically, it is not just a solder joint. You may have to replace the relay. I picked a better rated one and replaced it.

Just fixing the solder joint is a very temporary fix as it means the relay has failed.

Personally, if it is the relay, I would just fix that.

There are also youtube videos of people doing the same repair on Bosch machines if you look for them.
