Purchasing new (to us) property and it will need an extension, problem is this extension will have part of one wall going to within 6.25 metres of an existing septic tank, on current (and preferred) design. Septic tank is neighbours tank, not ours - but is located on our property - therefore I am unable to shift it.
Anyone here know if BC are flexible with the 7M reg??
