yes, we are supposed to get one every so often.

no, you get one becase you joined, you have to opt NOT to recieve it (its emailed)

because of anti spam issues i would think that unless you specified you wanted to receive the newsletter (ticking a checkbox or something) then they would not send you one

for those that want to know, the current newsletter has been "missed" by several people so the next one will be some time (i asked the post man)
