Nissan micra 04 ABS light and grinding

Just had my 2004 Nissan micra in for 2 new wishbones. Drove away from the garage, everything was fine. Halfway home the brakes had suddenly began constantly grinding. Soon after, my abs warning light came on. At first I tried restarting the car and pushing down on the brake in case they were slightly stuck on after the repair however the problem still continues... does anyone have any ideas it Could be and could I fix this before I take it back to the gagrage

Hell, get it back to the garage, very carefully or even suggest that they collect it?
It sounds like a brake caliper hasn't been refitted properly or they've knacked a driveshaft - either way, there's nasties afoot here.
