Nissan micra K12 locking and unlocking problems

Hi, Can anybody help please. I have a Nissan Micra K12 08,reg
In the mornings or cooler weather the car unlocks and locks without fault. But as soon as the day warms up or the car warms up forget it refuses to do either then go back 10 mins later and sometimes could lock or unlock. I've changed the key fob battery. It's absolutely doing my head in!
I've phoned Nissan and of course they want it in to plug it in £220 then parts on top.
Can anybody help please

Try taking it to an independent garage.
Sounds like a wiring, earth or motor issue

Some have the lock control module within the drivers door, others have it under the dash.
I think I’d check out the state of the door one - if applicable- as obviously water gets in there too.
