Having a bit of trouble with a Ferroli D30 (7 years old) which is causing a bit of an issue despite several call outs.
The fan is currently making an very loud noise which resonates around the house after being replaced due to a previous one having faulty bearings. Case is on properly and all screwed in tight. It's only really noticeable when hot water is running.
The PCB was also replaced due to water leak at the same time, but the engineer's diagnosis is that its just the boiler. My concern was that it was never that loud running hot water before the work was carried out.
Thoughts are to either replace the boiler (extreme measure I know) or get someone else out to take a look and see if they can spot the noise.
