None electric fake spot lights?

Hi all We got an electrical rewire and they have left thr holes where old spot lights were. So we want to see if there are any fake non electrical spot lights like you see on side of road we can pop in? Just looks ugly if we leave how it is.

Never seen fake spotlights at side of road? What’s that on the ceiling?

Overboard the ceiling and plaster it ?

What is the ceiling made of? Is it painted?

It will be difficult to match unless you can still buy the boards.
