I take it we have just had a public survey that was kept quiet because they did not want too many negative replies. But they can now claim to have consulted interested parties.
What news feeds ?
I read a fair selection of newspapers every day and that was the first mention I had seen of it.
Weeks is not much anyway given it was supposed to have started in November last year!

I confess I do not read the Standard or the Mirror so missed those two
I would not say the information was widespread as nothing in
Telegraph, Sun, Mail before today, Express before yesterday, Mails money site.
As for Ofgems own website who on earth would include that in there daily reading!
My point is for such an important survey to many (perhaps you don't care) the survey was not widely publicized.
